radium dolls
Radium Dolls are one of Australia’s most exciting rising rock bands, known for explosive live shows, razor-sharp lyricism, and a sound that balances grit, heart, and swagger in equal measure. Formed in Brisbane, the four-piece have built a reputation for high-voltage performances and tightly crafted songwriting delivered with urgency and honesty.
Their sophomore album Wound Up (2026) has marked a defining moment for the band, debuting at #2 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart and capturing the full scope of their sound; sharp, immediate, and unafraid to show its edges. The release follows two early EP’s and debut album Legal Speed (2024) which laid the foundation for Radium Dolls, earning critical acclaim and a Queensland Album of the Year nomination. Having steadily grown from a cult live act into one of the country’s most talked-about new rock bands, they consistently sell out their headline tours and have cemented their reputation on stage.
Their breakout track “Tractor Parts” has surpassed one million streams and caught the attention of tastemaker Derrick Gee, who named Radium Dolls his “favourite band of the moment,” helping introduce the band to a growing international audience. Following a successful debut North American tour, Radium Dolls are pushing into their next chapter with serious momentum.

dvd
Formed in Brisbane in 2024, DVD is a collaboration between four good friends - Magnus, Agnes, Sid, and Aidan. With angular synth, driving bass, and jagged guitar, they like to call themselves ‘art punk’.
A DVD live set is anything but static with shared vocals and full throttle energy, and they’ve already landed support slots with Floodlights, The New Candy’s (Italy), Full Flower Moon Band, Drunk Mums and Boing Boing. Their debut EP ‘Compact Disc’ came out in June.

boing boing
Boing Boing are a meat and potatoes rock n roll group from way up in the far north that write songs inspired by the characters and lifestyle of Northern Australia and the landscape that shapes them. Boingas blend the simplicity and timelessness of 50s rock-n-roll with BIG riffs, outback energy and a unique FNQ vernacular that has seen them deliver their 4 Litre Straight 6 Rock n Roll to maddened punters all across the country.
The band’s debut release, ‘Cosmic Australiana,’ in 2019, cemented their place at the forefront of the Australian rock n roll scene and showcased their unique approach to song writing. Cosmic Australiana tells tales of praise and triumph through the tale of Rugby League superstar (and King of the North) Johnathon Thurston, calls for rebellion against the totalitarian QLD Police regime in ‘Swab My Butt You Filthy Pigs,’ and hangs a big turd on the wankers of the world (or at least one wanker in particular) in ‘Xavier Rudd.’
From thumping rabid rock n roll anthems to wholesome heartfelt Queensland love ballads, there’s something for everyone at a Boingas show. And with their debut album set to be recorded, they are not ones to forget about.
