Sag Noise is an independent, boutique music company founded in 2024 by Agnes Dear, focused on the intersection of friendship, rock n roll and community.

Growing up in remote Cooktown, Cape York, Agnes has always valued the importance of music in bringing people together. Surrounded by musical family members and parents who organised music festivals since the age of 4, she learnt that music means community. She relocated to Brisbane as a young adult for study (science…), and along the way her exposure to the bustling Brissy music scene led her to meet Will Perkins from Radium Dolls. Managing them since 2023, Agnes has learnt everything about the music industry with them by her side.

She has also curated live music/arts events in Brisbane, as well as self-managing her own band DVD and helping out her brother with his band Boing Boing.

Now based out of Northern Rivers (NSW), Agnes continues to operate Sag Noise and remains dedicated to bringing live music and people together.
